Climb behind the wheel of "Hydra Spyder," an amphibious car that cruises on H2O as easily as it does on blacktop. "It's incredibly nimble in the water," the 46-year-old inventor boasts. But it has one shortcoming on the water, "the parallel parking really sucks."
